What is your returns policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

How do I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number as soon as we create a shipping label.

What is your processing time?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days.

What shipping options are available?

We ship exclusively through USPS.

We offer two options:

1. Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

2. Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Do you offer pick up options? 


Yes, but only after you receive an email saying your order is ready for pick up. After you receive the email, you may pick up at our Richmond Corporate Office: 5959 Richmond Ave. Ste. 200 Houston, TX 77057
